Rod Easley

Rod Easley is deeply rooted in Northwest Arkansas, having spent significant parts of his life in the region. Despite ventures to California and Arizona for college, Northwest Arkansas has always been home for Rod. With over 28 years of marriage to his beloved Stephanie, Rod cherishes his faith and family above all else. As a devoted father to three children and a recent inductee into the grandpa club since 2023, Rod finds immeasurable joy in family milestones.

His professional journey spans 28 years in sales, management, and finance, culminating in his current role as the Chief Operating Officer at Oliver Law Firm. Rod’s commitment to excellence and leadership is a testament to his wealth of experience and expertise.

Outside of work, Rod’s passions lie in the equestrian world, where he finds solace in horses and roping. His dedication to the sport even led him to victory as the College National Finals Champion in 1989, a testament to his skill and determination.

Rod’s community involvement is extensive, having served as an elder at Fellowship Bible Church from 2017 to 2022 and continuing his impactful presence as a current and founding board member of Providence Classical Christian Academy. With his children soon leaving the nest, Rod eagerly anticipates embracing the new chapter of being an empty nester, all while continuing to make a difference in both professional and community realms.
